All submissions should be framed with rings attached and a completed entry label securely attached to the back. Entry fees to be paid on this day only. NB. We are unable to arrange an alternative submission day or time.
Sunday 29 June From 11.00 am.
A team of professional judges selects submissions.
Monday 30 June
Notification of successful and unsuccessful entries posted first class. Entrants should receive this notification by Thursday 03 July.
Thursday 03 July From 2.00 pm.
Exhibition Prize Judging by a team of professional judges.
Friday 04 July 7.30 pm.
Exhibition Preview. All submitted artists invited

COLLECTION DAY - Racquet Hall, Eglinton Country Park, Kilwinning
Collection of un exhibited and unsold work. NB. Failure to collect submissions on this day will result in a handling charge of £25 per painting, per day.
